Hi Fellow Yoga Enthusiast,

I set this website up because I absolutely love yoga, everything from peaceful stretches to full on Ashtanga. I love the egalitarian nature of yoga - it is accessible to all. Old, young, fit or in need of a complete overhaul, yoga helps everyone increase their vitality and strength. That’s why I want to share my yoga secrets with as many people as possible.
 
Since you’ve found this website I’m assuming you love yoga as much as I do. The truth is, I’m always on the internet looking for new yoga positions and training tips. While doing some research, I stumbled upon a fantastic manuscript by Mr Desmond Dunne

Mr Dunne was one of the early pioneers of yoga, years before it became ‘trendy’. I noticed that most of his work was available online with the exception of one of the most important pieces of work, Essential Yoga’.  Even though it was first published in 1966, this book has the best yoga positions and techniques I have ever seen.

In the 15 chapters here’s just a snippet of what is covered:
