That’s why I want to share my yoga secrets with as many people as possible. Mr Dunne was one of the early pioneers of yoga, years before it became ‘trendy’. I noticed that most of his work was available online with the exception of one of the most important pieces of work, ‘Yoga Made Easy’. Even though it was first published in 1966, this book has the best yoga positions and techniques I have ever seen. In the 15 chapters here’s just a snippet of what is covered:
